IWL Health Partnerships
To help underprivileged communities get the resources they need, IWL partner with Minnesota Department of Health, ODAM medical group, local officials, businesses and organizations to address the situations and issues that are impacting communities the most and help put long-term solutions in place.

Covid-19 Vaccinations
For the last four years, IWL has been fighting to keep our communities safe from COVID-19.

We continue to partner with Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), Hennepin County, ODAM Medical Group and others to provide Covid-19 vaccines and testing, community outreach and education aimed at addressing vaccine hesitancy, and increasing health care access by providing free health screening programs.

Since our award of the MDH Community Engagement grant in 2021, we have expanded and is currently recognized as a trusted COVID Community Coordinator by MDH.
Various communities (especially Blacks and Faith Communities) see us as a trusted source of Covid -19 information and other health program resources.
Our collaborations primarily draw on the strengths and assets of our communities to help eliminate health disparities and achieve expanded access for racial and ethnic minorities.
See our upcoming events including free mammogram and Alzheimers initiative to tap into this awesome resource.
